I took my car to another local place to have my car looked at. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes. I could hear a bunch of people in the back but no one came out, so I left and stopped by Certified. The manager greeted me promptly and I explained the issues with the car. He apologetically explained that he could look at it the first thing the next morning. I dropped my car off the next day and he offered me a ride home. Since it was beautiful fall day, I declined and walked home. Before I got home, about an hour later, he called me with a report on the car. The most pressing, he was able to fix that day and told me when it would be done. He called when it was done an offered to pick me up, but I could get a ride. When I returned he showed me that part that they replaced and explained why I was having the problem. He was able to identify the cause of the other minor problems I was having and was able to give me a detailed breakdown of the cost to fix those issues and the time frame in which I should address them. Since they are not urgent, I will be doing those over the next few months. I would HIGHLY recommend Certified if you need car repairs in Stillwater.
