I was trying to diagnose a hard starting problem I was having that was new onset last week. I thought I had it figured out, but by Friday, it was the worst ever and thought I wasn't going to get out of my driveway. I did manage to get it started and was afraid to turn it off so I drove directly to Certified Transmissions and sat in my truck by the front door until they opened. I explained what I knew and the person at the desk listened and added notes to my account. Ryan wasn't in yet, but I was told her would be checking it over later in the morning. It turned out to be a computer sensor that was creating mixed signals to my engine. Ryan did a great job diagnosing the problem and checking it and then had my truck up and running by the end of my work day. So grateful to have my 22 year old truck up and running smoothly and starting like a champ again!

I needed a quick fix to what might have been challenging situation. One of the belts in my truck broke and wasn't sure if it was the AC or not. I have had bad experiences in town with service on my truck and only trust 2 locations, but both were full up and unable to help me for 1-2 weeks. One of my co-workers recommended Certified Transmission and let me know you work on more than transmissions. I called and Ryan was very professional and got me in right away. It was recommended all the belts be changed, which was a cost I wasn't prepared for, but I know if the other belts went, that would be a problem! So, I agreed and I had my truck back before the end of my work day. Thank you! I now have 3 trusted places I can take my vehicle.
