Very informative and helpful. Took the time to explain things and were easy to work with and schedule the repair.

Took in my high mileage car for Ryan to check out and he found several items needing repair/replacement. Knowing he fixed things properly gave me reassurance my car would be safe to drive for a long time to come. As always Andy and Ryan take excellent care of our cars. They are professional and take the time to talk to you. Very nice guys!

2 years and three mechanic shops worked to fix my truck to no oveil. By a friends recommendation I took it to Certified. They gave me immediate confidence they knew what the problem was and they fixed it. The truck runs like new!

I'm very satisfied with Certified Transmission and Ryan who is always very helpful and cordial. He let's me know what's recommended and when, and whether or not my vehicle is in need of that service. He always contacts me prior to doing any unrequested service which was found at the time of servicing my vehicle.
