andy did a great job without ryan. of course, they always do. he explained everything to me in detail and in the end told me that i needed new tires. and did not rotate my tires which saved me a tire rotation. Speedy recovery to Ryan. See ya next time, Ryan.

Work was done timely, was true to the estimate given, and all questions were answered thoroughly. Location is great and the people are friendly and helpful. I always check around when I need to get work done and the courtesy and extra information I was given when I called were in large part why I chose Certified Transmission.

Andy is great to work with. He assessed my transmission problem right away and gave me a couple of options to get it repaired. I was also at a crossroad of whether to donate my truck to charity and buy a new one or keep what I've got. Andy and his team had already checked out the overall condition of my 2001 Ford F-150. He asked me some good questions which helped me decide what to do. They installed a new transmission at a cost less than I expected and it was done sooner than I expected. I'm very happy with Certified Transmission.
