repairs took longer than originally projected and ended up having to drive a 16 passenger van until repairs complete

Sorry for the delay in parts for your vehicle . we make every effort to get parts as soon as possible , sometimes we just end up getting a wrong part sent to us , causing a delay . We make every effort to provide transportation for our customers while their vehicle is in for repair . Unfortunately our loaners were out , and there were no cars available locally for us to rent you , so we had no choice but rent you a 16 pass van . it was not our choice , but the only option we had . Needed a quick repair on my son's car, his headlight was out. They took us in right away since my son needed to get back to college that afternoon. They were super nice to get us in since we had so little time to spare.

**Revised ReviewI made a review earlier this month about taking my car in and coming back with a broken door handle. When I called and explained to them that it had not been broken when I dropped it off they got to the bottom of it and fixed my door handle free of charge nearly immediately. Let me just say that I have never received care such as this from any other auto repair shop I have visited. I greatly appriciate what they have done for me and in such a timely fashion. So as for my review...the work on my car has anything but diappointed me, the service was absolutely astouding, and they most definitely have a repeat customer on this end. I will be moving to a different part of Minnesota come March, but rest assured I will drive back to Stillwater for any further car troubles I come in contact with. I will also be recommending Certified Transmission to all my friends and family. Thank you all so much.
