The guys at Certified are helpful, knowledgeable and diligent. Took my truck to a different shop originally that could not find the issue. Ryan drove my truck for a day and was able to figure it out and get it fixed. Very enjoyable to work with.

Very personable and helpful people! Not like the last shop where every bit of work done came with an expensive upsell of some sort. Explained in detail what work needed to be done, and what tests were done to properly diagnose the problem. Helpful to have a loaner car there for us as well. Prices were quoted for each bit of work done so you always knew where you financially stood, with no surprises coming with the final bill! A very good 5 star performance, guys!

Very thorough, top-notch mechanics - personable and friendly as well. I discovered them on my way to Cub and thought I’d take my car there for an oil change and they are now my 1st choice here in Stillwater. Where I work there is an auto department and when something goes wrong, I ask them first because they teach this stuff, so I know what's wrong with my car and what needs to be fixed. Basically, I have an old car, and a list, and when I can afford it, I get what I can done. When I brought my car to Certified Transmission for the oil change, they did a complete check - and I mean THOROUGH - and they gave me a list of what needed fixing in order of importance and guess what - the lists matched. It's a very nice thing to find an auto mechanic you can trust. It seriously takes a load off the worrisome mind. Bottom line - these guys go above and beyond.

I received a "right on time" oil change by Ryan. I appreciate the polite, thorough service I receive each time my car is in need. The coffee isn't bad, either.

Love these guys. Daughters old pick up was having issues and they said they would look at it right away. They were closing in 15 minutes so I advised that we were in no hurry. Any other place wouldn't have bothered to look at it 15 minutes to close. They were able to find the problems and fixed them quickly and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!
