If there where anymore stars I would pick them all. I can’t thank Ryan and the rest of the crew enough. Their response time was unbelievable, their attitude was thankful for the work, and their due diligence was unprecedented. The GMC Yukon Denali broke down, torque converter, in Dwntn Mpls. I had it towed back to CTransmission using AAA. I went to CTrans website and filled out information due to the untimeliness, on a Sunday night. Ryan got the email Monday morning and with his level of experience ordered parts for what he figured was wrong; hoping for the best, plan for the worst. Well it was pretty bad and on top of that there was the snownamie of ‘23 approaching. Knowing he would have a hard time getting parts in the storm, he made the veteran move and ordered them before he actually tore into the transmission. Good thing he knows his symptoms well! He was spot on and with roads virtually impassable he had parts in hand to fix it. The bad news is he had a half a dozen other vehicles show up. With the large flux of work Ryan ended up staying and working on my transmission overnight and had it finished the next day. Today I’m driving around in my “like new” 2012 Yukon and it performs beautifully. Thank you Ryan! You provide an outstanding service.
Hey Kyle, Thank you for the great review. You might be the only person that may have ever benefited from a massive snow storm and getting their vehicle fixed.
